Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Sparta Guard account, please follow the instructions below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to dispatch@spartaguard.co.uk with the subject line Account Deletion Request, from the email address registered to your account.

Once we receive your email, our team will verify the request and delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your profile, contact details and saved addresses
• Your booking history and any documents you have uploaded

Records we are required to keep by law — such as invoices and payment records — are retained for the period the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose.
